Both variants of TerraFlex provide the flexibility of monthly or yearly billing. Subscriptions can be purchased for teams of any size, and can be upgraded at any time.

What is the licensing model for TerraFlex?

TerraFlex uses a time- and user-based licensing model. Subscriptions can be purchased for any number of users from one to hundreds of field users, with subscription service periods available in monthly or yearly durations.

How can I pay for TerraFlex?

You can sign-up for a TerraFlex account on this site. Subscriptions purchased through this site are created with a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with TerraFlex.

Prepaid Cards:
If you have a prepaid card with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express logo, you can enter your card's information on our payment page. If the bank that issued the card approves our authorization request, we will accept this card for payment

How do I resolve payment problems?

If there is a problem with your payment method, your access to the service may be disrupted. To resolve the issue, sign in to your account and update or change your payment method. In most cases, this will resolve the issue. If you're still having trouble updating your account with new payment information, please try a different payment method, or contact your financial institution to ensure your payment information is up to date and supports e-commerce transactions. Is my GPS receiver compatible with TerraFlex?

TerraFlex can be used with the following external or built-in GNSS receivers:

• Trimble R Series GNSS receivers, including Trimble R1, R2, R10, R12
• Trimble TDC Series handhelds, including Trimble TDC100, 150, and 600
• Trimble Catalyst
• Trimble EMPOWER Module EM100

How do I get the TerraFlex Mobile App?

TerraFlex is available on the App Store for iPad and iPhone, and from the Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets.

Can I try TerraFlex before I buy?

When you first sign in to TerraFlex you will start your 30 day trial. During the trial you will have access to all features in TerraFlex and can collect up to 200 forms.
